Qi Gong

Qigong (also spelled Ch'i Kung) is an ancient and powerful system of healing and energy medicine originating from China. Practicing Qigong enhances health, boosts vitality, and fosters a tranquil state of mind. Historically, Qigong has been known as nei gong (inner work) and dao yin (guiding energy).
